The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The premises are kept spotlessly clean, and its proximity to the S-Bahn makes it convenient to travel to the city center. This Hotel was fine until the last week. The place itself is fine actually when you come here alone. So, i have to agree with those that said they came with multiple people here, when they say the place is bad, however i sincerely disagree when you are on your own here. Now to refer to my fellow man, in the terrible reviews section here on TripAdvisor dating from November 2023, i gotta say he is right when it comes to check out, i got harassed by the receptionist on the phone who literally called me 26 times which i all ignored because he wasn’t sure i was checking out although i informed his 2 colleagues the day before. To clarify like every other hotel you gotta leave at 12pm. And i told them i was going to leave at 11:45 am. And this brings me to my next point and that is the incompetence of all those who work here, i had a friend who came to visit me for a few hours and he asked the receptionist if she knew how much you would have to pay if you were to stay here for a year, Now the question does seem complicated if you have worked here for only but she definitely wasn’t new here. Now to my final complaint, why do the cleaners in this hotel have so much power like when we tell you ( I am talking in the name of my neighbours and me) don’t come in because we put the sign there you don’t come in. We don’t care about your personal opinions because their excuse was and i quote: Well, you haven’t asked for housekeeping in a long time so, we thought it was time to clean. My Neighbour was enraged and rightfully so. I warned them however to not try same with me. Now look i have nothing against janitors or cleaning ladies its a though job cleaning the messes of your fellow man but still doesn’t give you to right to abuse your power. Anyway, All i gotta say is Sometimes place need renovating and your case just renovate the people.

As usual friendly helpful. As in all hotels some quirks cannot be avoided. The balcony was our best and biggest fridge/freezer. The bathroom has one plug for the hairdryer, completely unpractical placed and the lighting and brown glass of the mirror are unfit the shave or do your make-up, unless you want to look like a clown.

The hotel was quite good. There was everything you needed, every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. The only thing, the pillows were very big and uncomfortable, but I just slept without them😄

The best part of this Hotel is the location and proximity to SBarn, Trams service and supermarket. The rooms have double beds which is good. The staff at the reception are friendly and listens to you. However, the cleanliness of the hotel rooms have worsened. There were small cockroaches in the room, near the washbasin, Induction and the carpets. The cleaning was done only once in a week and that also not properly cleaned. The rooms have become crampy with more tables and chairs. The floors have become wooden and no heating, which is a challenge during winter, at least there should be carpet in the entire room, not only in the entrance. We are a regular visitor.
